Albert Hernandez, The Untamed Chef

From a very early age as Albert watched my grandparents and studied their culinary skills.  Inspired to learn more, he enrolled in Culinary School in 2008.  After that he worked in the kitchens of Food Network’s Iron Chef America Champions Beau MacMillan, and Laurent Tourondel. Then, he learned the “Art of Food” from Chef Monty Colby, and further crafter his expertise with a stint under Master Chef George Quilty of the Orange Blossom Junction Restaurant.  Later, he completed a one-year apprenticeship at the world renowned Reimers Candy Factory, specializing in Artisan Chocolates, Gourmet Ice Cream, and Confections.

“Because I am confident in my cuisine. I cook the best for the best. I am the pioneer of The Untamed Chef, a concept that brings you into my kitchen by way of Foody TV and Ag Net West Radio.”  I Create, I Inspire, I am Untamed
