ptember 22, first responders and culinary experts will converge on the Home EXPO and competed for South Valley’s Best BBQ Ribs & Chili – with the proceeds going to support local food banks.
Public donations of $10 each - for the privilege to taste the BBQ ribs and chili, and then vote for your favorites - will help us to raise $1000 to support local food banks.
Last year Reedley Fire Department took 1st Place for South Valley’s Best Chili and Chef Kyle Waller won Best Barbecued Ribs. The public concurred with the Best Barbecued Ribs vote, but gave top honors to the chili prepared by the Visalia Fire Department.
