Bring a Non-Perishable Food Item to Springfest*

FoodLink for Tulare County has been providing nutritious food to thousands of hungry children, seniors, and families for over 35 years.  Volunteers and community support are the key to their success in building a healthy, food secure, community.

  Simple Plumbing is proud to be providing a raffle prize at this year’s home show! The winner of this raffle will receive a new Rinnai tankless water heater and free installation.  All money collected for the tickets of this raffle will be donated to “A Legacy of Love”, a local non-profit support group to families who experience infant and pregnancy loss. Tickets will be available at Booth #311 on Third Avenue in Exhibit Hall-West.

 


 Visalia Remodeling is proud to be providing a raffle prize at this year’s home show! The winner of this raffle will receive a new entry door replacement including a new door, composite jamb, interior and exterior casement, door handle and lock set, and the painting or staining of all parts. All money collected for the tickets of this raffle will be donated to the Habitat for Humanity home repair program. You can obtain tickets at either the Habitat for Humanity booth located on Sixth Avenue or the Visalia Remodeling Booth #310 on Third Avenue in Exhibit Hall-West.


Habitat for Humanity of Tulare County booth will feature items from their ReStore, a building materials thrift store. In operation since 2003, the ReStore sells new and gently-used home improvement goods, furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances to the public at a fraction of the retail price.

 

Habitat for Humanity of Tulare County uses the proceeds from donations to help build and renovate more homes and communities. During the past four years Habitat has gone from just building new homes to purchasing and renovating foreclosed homes and repairing older homes.  These programs have given Habitat the opportunity to serve even more people in Tulare County.
